FAQ's

Is this a COVID safe event ?
Yes, we wil have multiple hand washing and hand sanitizing stations thorughout the venue. Queues will be marked and re-configured to allow for social distancing measures. Due to capacity levels put in place, we strongly encourage pre-booking tickets online in order to secure your preferred date.
Do I need to pre-book tickets ?
Although you are not required to pre-book tickets and they can be purchased at the gate on the day, we strongly encourage that you pre-purchase tickets online in order to secure your preferred date due to capacity regulations that are in place. The Outdoor Cinema must be booked online in advace in order to secure a spot. The cinema is included in the entry price.
How much is entry ?
There are a couple of options for entry. If you purchase the 2hr Unlimited Rider Wristband, then entry is included in this purchase. If you are not purchasing the wristband, a $5 Entry Redemption Ticket is required. This ticket can be redeemed within the park for 1 x Game OR 1 x Ride. You can find more details about ticketing options here. There is also an additional Stuff-Ur-Stocking add on ticket available for those that would like to participate in some festive Christmas Fun!
What about 2 years and under ?
Children 2 years and under: Are not required to pay entry, however, if they would like to use the rides, they will need a 2hr Rider Wristband or Coupons. Some of the rides they can enjoy are the Horse-O-Plane, Carousel, Giant Slide (with an adult), Jumping Castles and more.
Am I required to book a date when purchasing tickets online ?
Yes, your date and session time will be required at the time of purchase. This is to ensure that we maintain capacity levels so that all patrons can enjoy the event in a safe space.
What happens in the case of poor weather ?
The event will take place rain, hail, or shine! There are no refunds due to poor weather conditions.
Will parking be available ?
Yes, the Entertainment Quarter offers the first 2 hours of parking free, wow! After the first 2 hours, standard parking rates will apply.
When is the outdoor cinema and do I have to book at ticket?
The Outdoor Cinema will be held on Friday 4th/11th at 7:30pm and on Saturday 5th/12th at 7:30pm The cinema is included in the entry price, however, due to capacity restrictions, you are required to pre-book a free ticket online in order to secure a spot. Entry will be declined for those that do not have a pre-booked space.
When is the costume contest and what are the catergories ?
Come dressed to impress or dressed to bring Christmas cheer! We will be holding costume contests at the Gingerbread House Party on the hour. There will be great prizes to be won!

The Sydney Christmas Fair will be held at The Entertainment Quarter on the first two weekends on Decemeber. Fri 4 & 11 Dec : 5pm - 9pm
Sat 5 & 12 Dec : 10am - 9pm
Sun 6 & 13 : 10am - 4pm

Single Ticket $5.00
Individual activities are $5 each. For example one game is $5 or one ride is $5.
